1. Overview

This Android game is published by Pando / Stronghealth. Playing does not require an account. Game rules, seeded dice and board probability calculations run on your phone and work offline. Advertising and optional feedback use the external services described below.

2. Local game records

The app stores your unfinished match, opponent level, match length, dice audit counts, language preference and advertising frequency counters locally. We do not send the game board, seed, rolls, moves or match records to a game server, or include them automatically in feedback.

Android backup or device transfer may copy app storage according to your device settings. These copies are managed by the operating system; the app does not provide its own account or synchronization service.

3. Advertising and privacy choices

The app uses Google advertising services. Their SDK may collect or share device identifiers, IP address and approximate location inferred from it, app interactions and diagnostics to deliver and measure advertising, prevent fraud and maintain security. Game probabilities and dice results are not uploaded by the app for this purpose.

Where required, Google presents a consent form before advertising requests. Required advertising privacy choices can be reopened from Settings. You can also manage or reset your advertising identifier in Android settings. See Google's Privacy Policy and Google's advertising data information. The app does not add a separate Firebase Analytics integration.

4. Optional feedback

Feedback opens a language-specific Tally form in your browser. The app passes its name and identifier, installed version and build, platform, device model, operating system, selected language and the feedback entry point. Missing device or version values can be left blank. Your game records are not included.

Submitting the form is optional. Tally stores the text you submit and any reply email address you choose to provide, together with the form metadata. Pando uses this information to investigate feedback, improve the app and reply when requested. A reply email is optional; please do not include sensitive information. Tally may also process browser or connection information under its privacy policy.

5. Device permissions

The game does not need access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos or device location. Internet, network and advertising identifier permissions support the advertising SDK and optional external links. Vibration supports a short completion cue. No notification service is added by this update.

6. Retention and deletion

Local records stay on your device until you clear app storage or uninstall the app. Device backups may remain separately; manage them through Android backup settings. Uninstalling the app does not delete feedback already submitted to Tally.

To ask about or request deletion of submitted feedback, use the feedback form and describe the submission sufficiently for us to find it. Feedback is retained as needed to investigate and respond. Google and Tally manage their own service records under their policies.

7. Children

The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children.
