1. Overview

Daily Timeline Log is an Android journal for recording your day as a chronological timeline of time-stamped text entries with category tabs, emoji, search and CSV export. StrongHealth (강건한건강), referred to as “we” in this policy, provides the App. It does not require an App account or sign-up.

2. Your journal and local settings

Your journal text, entry dates and times, emoji, category names and recording streak are stored in a local database on your device. We do not operate a cloud sync service for these records, and do not automatically send their contents to our servers, advertising or analytics services, or feedback diagnostics. Recording, searching and viewing your entries work offline. The current App does not schedule reminders.

The App stores local preferences, including the App lock choice. Android version 1.0.4 (build 5) and later also store your selected interface language and advertising frequency controls locally. Android backup is enabled, so eligible local App data may be copied to your Google account and restored when you reinstall. Uninstalling or clearing App storage removes local App data but does not necessarily remove an operating-system backup. Manage that copy through your Android and Google backup settings.

3. App lock and CSV export

The optional App lock uses your device's authentication services when supported and enrolled. Biometric verification is performed by the operating system; the App does not receive, store or transmit fingerprint or face templates. If device authentication is unavailable, the current App allows access to avoid locking you out. This optional lock is not a separate encryption system.

When you choose CSV export, the App creates a temporary file containing your entries and opens the operating system's sharing interface. No recipient is selected automatically. Any destination you choose receives that file and handles it under its own privacy rules; cancel sharing if you do not want to send it. Exported files and files saved by other apps must be managed separately.

4. Google advertising and analytics

The App uses Google services to display advertisements. Depending on service configuration and your choices, these services may process device or other identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate location inferred from IP address, App interactions and diagnostics. Google Firebase Analytics helps us understand App usage and reliability. It may collect App interactions, diagnostic information, device or other identifiers and approximate location. The App does not attach your journal text, category names or individual record contents to custom analytics events. See Firebase privacy information. Advertising and analytics use internet connections; the entire App is not offline. Google applies its own processing and retention controls.

In Android version 1.0.4 (build 5) and later, where required, a Google consent form offers advertising choices before advertising requests. When available, Privacy choices in Settings lets you revisit those choices. These advertising controls do not imply that all analytics collection is disabled. Older installed versions may lack these in-App controls. Android settings also provide advertising identifier controls.

5. Optional feedback through Tally

In Android version 1.0.4 (build 5) and later, Settings and About can open a feedback form hosted by Tally. Opening the form can pass these optional diagnostics in the URL: App identifier, App name, installed version, build number, platform, device model, operating-system version, selected interface language and entry point. These diagnostics do not include your journal text, entry dates or times, category names, emoji, record identifiers or lock settings.

You may voluntarily submit a message and an optional email address if you want a reply. Please do not include private journal entries or other sensitive details. Tally processes form visits and submissions, including ordinary web connection information, according to its privacy policy. HTTPS protects information in transit. Version 1.0.4 (build 5) and later use the form without an email-composer fallback. Older installed versions may open your email app with App, version, device and operating-system information for you to review before sending.

We retain feedback messages, any email address you provide and accompanying diagnostics for as long as needed to respond to your request, investigate and resolve the issue, or meet an applicable legal obligation. This criterion also applies to earlier email feedback. You can request deletion through the form below; Tally and Google apply their own retention rules to information they hold.

6. Permissions, deletion and contact

The App uses internet access for Google services and feedback and device authentication for the optional App lock. It does not require access to your contacts, microphone, camera or precise location. Network services use encrypted connections, but no method of storage or transmission can promise absolute security.

You can delete individual entries or a category tab and its entries in the App. Clearing App storage or uninstalling removes local records and settings. Manage operating-system backups and exported CSV files separately. Those actions do not automatically delete previously submitted feedback or information held by Google. For privacy questions or a request to delete feedback we hold, use the English feedback form and provide only the information needed to identify your submission, without private journal contents. This link is available regardless of your installed App version. You do not need to create an App account.

7. Children and policy updates

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We may update this policy as the App changes; the revision date above identifies this version.
