Farkle: Learn & Play Offline (com.pando.farkleoffline) — Last updated: 7 October 2026
1. Overview
Farkle: Learn & Play Offline (“the game”) is an Android dice game published by Stronghealth. There is no account, no sign-up and no server of ours. Advertising and analytics use Google services. Optional feedback is submitted through Tally.
2. The game runs entirely on your phone
The dice are rolled and the computer opponent thinks on your device. Every roll comes from a seeded random sequence generated locally, and every decision the computer makes is worked out on the phone — nothing about your game is sent anywhere to decide it. The game has no online play and no leaderboards.
Your house rules, difficulty, coach and explanation preferences, dice and text sizes, animation preference and setup status are saved locally. Aggregate roll and game statistics for computer and shared-phone play are also saved locally, along with your selected language and advertising-spacing state. The current game, random seed, scores and turn log are held in memory rather than saved as an ongoing game. We do not operate a server that receives these gameplay records. Gameplay works in airplane mode; advertising, analytics and optional feedback use internet services.
3. Information we collect
Gameplay content stays on your device. Google advertising and analytics services process device and usage data, and we receive the feedback you choose to submit.
4. Third-party services and ads
The game uses Google Mobile Ads SDK and Firebase Analytics; optional feedback uses Tally.
- Google Mobile Ads SDK — used to show ads. Banners appear on the home screen and on the end-of-game sheet. No banner is shown on the dice table while you are playing, and a full screen ad can only appear once a whole game has been won or lost, on the way to the next one — never between turns, never between rolls and never in the tutorial or the walkthrough. The first game of a session carries no full screen ad, there is a minimum gap between them and a daily limit. An app open ad may appear over the splash screen at most once per day. There are no rewarded ads: nothing in this game is placed behind an ad.
For advertising the game declares the advertising ID permission (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID). Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect the advertising identifier, IP address (from which an approximate location can be inferred), app interaction and diagnostic data in order to serve and measure ads. See Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses advertising data. You can reset or delete your advertising ID under Settings > Privacy > Ads on Android.
If an ad fails to load, the game simply carries on.
Firebase Analytics records automatic app interactions and device information. We do not send dice rolls, random seeds, game scores, statistics, house-rule settings, player names, game logs or feedback text as custom analytics events. Google SDKs may collect and share approximate location derived from IP address, app interactions, diagnostics and device identifiers for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security and compliance. See Firebase privacy information.
Where required, Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) checks consent requirements and shows its consent form before eligible ad requests. Required choices can be reopened through Settings → Privacy choices, or through About when available. The game requests non-personalized ads and respects the available consent choices. Non-personalized ads still process technical device data.
Feedback is optional and opens a shared Tally form in your selected language, with forms available for all 17 supported languages. Tally receives the message and feedback type you submit and an optional reply email. The form can receive nine optional diagnostic fields: app identifier (app), app name (app_name), version (version), build number (build), platform (platform), device model (device), operating system version (os), selected language (locale) and entry point (source). Dice rolls, seeds, scores, statistics, house-rule settings and game logs are not attached. Anything you type into the form is submitted by your own choice. Tally may also process IP address and browser information needed to operate its website. Tally processes submissions on our behalf to respond and improve the game, not for advertising. See Tally's privacy policy. You can request deletion using the form below.
Google and Tally services use encrypted connections for data in transit. Their collected data is handled under their respective privacy policies. No gameplay data is supplied in advertising requests.
5. Permissions
The game requests no permissions that need your consent. It never asks for photos, files, storage, the camera, the microphone, location, contacts or notifications. The manifest entries that remain are normal permissions granted without a prompt (internet and network state for ads, analytics and optional feedback, the advertising ID, and vibration for haptics), plus legacy storage entries carried by the framework that the game never requests at runtime.
6. Local storage, backup and feedback retention
Settings and aggregate statistics are stored on this device. The language selector in Settings remembers your choice for later launches. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes local settings, statistics, language preference and advertising-spacing records. There is no app account to delete. Android backup is enabled, so a copy of local data may remain in your Google account and may be restored when you reinstall. Uninstalling does not delete that backup. Review or delete it through your Google account's backup settings. Google advertising and analytics data is handled under Google's policies and Android privacy controls.
Submitted feedback is retained for up to 24 months unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. To request deletion, use the form below with the approximate submission date or reference and enough information to identify your submission. We delete matching feedback and reply contact details within 30 days after verifying the request, except records required by law. Uninstalling the game does not delete feedback already submitted to Tally. Do not include sensitive or unnecessary personal information.
7. Children’s privacy
The game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may change. Any change will be posted on this page with a new date.
9. Contact and feedback deletion
Privacy questions and requests to delete submitted feedback can be sent through the feedback form. A reply email is optional; include one if you want a response. For deletion requests, include the approximate submission date or reference without sensitive information.
