Frame Animation Studio (com.pando.frameanimationstudio) — Last updated: September 15, 2026

1. Overview

Frame Animation Studio ("the App") is a free Android drawing and animation app for adults aged 18 and older, provided by Pando. The App does not require an account. This policy explains how local projects, advertising, optional usage diagnostics and support messages are handled.

2. Projects and files

Drawings, imported audio, project names and editing data are stored in the App's local storage. We do not automatically upload your projects. You select individual files to import using Android's file picker; the App does not request broad access to your file library.

You can save an MP4 movie or an editable project through Android's save picker. The location you choose may be a local folder or a storage provider connected to your device, and that provider controls its copy. External movie sharing is a separate setting and the App reminds you before each share. The destination app's privacy practices apply to the copy you send.

Deleting a project removes its App-managed local data. Uninstalling the App removes its private storage, and Android automatic app backup is disabled. Previously exported or shared copies are not deleted automatically; remove those copies from the location or service where you saved them.

3. Adult-only classification and privacy choices

The App is intended only for adults aged 18 and older. It does not ask for or store an age, birth date, age profile, onboarding choice or parental PIN. Adult classification is fixed App policy for advertising and consent handling; it is not inferred from a user answer.

All creative tools and local saving remain available regardless of advertising, consent or usage-diagnostics availability. External sharing remains a separate personal setting, as described above.

4. Advertising and consent

The App uses Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform for advertising and applicable privacy choices. Advertising is kept away from drawing, previewing and exporting. Availability of an ad is not required to create or save a movie. The App may also show limited full-screen ads at non-creative transitions.

Non-personalized advertising does not mean that the advertising SDK processes no data. Google's SDK may process an IP address, including approximate location inferred from it; ad and app interactions; performance diagnostics; and device or account-related identifiers for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. The App blocks the Android advertising-ID permission. Advertising SDK diagnostics are separate from the App's optional usage-diagnostics setting. Google encrypts this data in transit. See the Google Privacy Policy.

Where required, the App requests advertising consent through Google's User Messaging Platform. This consent is separate from the optional Analytics choice described below and does not enable usage diagnostics. You can reopen Advertising privacy choices from the App's Privacy screen when required. If a required consent step cannot be completed, the App remains usable without requesting ineligible ads. Device-level privacy settings may offer additional advertising controls.

5. Optional usage diagnostics

Google Analytics for Firebase collection starts off and is enabled only if you explicitly opt in. This choice is separate from advertising consent and can be turned off again in the App's Privacy screen.

When enabled, Analytics may process app usage and session events, an app-instance identifier, device information, diagnostics and approximate location inferred from an IP address. We use this information to understand aggregate App usage and reliability. We do not send artwork, audio, project names, custom user identifiers or custom editing events. Automatic screen reporting and Analytics advertising-ID or SSAID collection are disabled, advertising-related consent remains denied, and the App does not include Firebase Crashlytics. Google encrypts Analytics data in transit. See the Firebase Privacy and Security documentation.

In the Analytics property used by this App, event-level data is retained for two months and user-level data for fourteen months; the user-data period resets when new activity occurs. Turning diagnostics off stops future optional collection but does not immediately delete data already processed. The App has no account or in-app control that can identify and delete a remote Analytics record.

6. Support

The support action opens an email draft addressed to [email protected]. The draft includes the App version, Android version/API level and device model to help diagnose a problem. You review and send it yourself; drawings and audio are not attached automatically. Your email provider processes the message you choose to send. Avoid including identifying details or other unnecessary personal information.

Support messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain support history and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete a support conversation, subject to any record we must retain by law.

7. Children's privacy

The App is intended only for adults aged 18 and older and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information in a support message, contact us so we can delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the App or its services change. The current version will remain on this page with an updated revision date.
