인터벌 타이머 ("the App") is a free Android HIIT/Tabata interval timer developed by 강건한건강 ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.

2. Information We Collect

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our servers. It is a self-contained timer with no user accounts and no server-side communication.

Custom presets and app settings you save are stored only on your device using AsyncStorage. Uninstalling the App removes all of this data.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party service:

• Google AdMob — for displaying advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as Advertising ID) and usage data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. Advertisements are never shown during an active workout — only at app launch and after a workout is completed. For more information, see the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Permissions

The App requests the following device permissions:

• Keep screen awake — used only while a workout is running, so the timer stays visible.
• Vibrate — used for haptic feedback on phase transitions and countdown (can be disabled in settings).

5. Data Storage

All user data is stored locally on the device. There is no cloud sync, no backup, and no account system. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data and cached AdMob data.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Health Disclaimer

The App is a timer for self-directed exercise. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose any condition, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
