1. Overview

Pill Reminder ("the App") is an Android medication reminder and logging tool operated by 강건한건강 (Pando Roots). This policy explains local app records, ads, optional feedback and your choices.

2. Medication records and Android backup

Medicine names, dosage text, schedules, dose history and inventory counts are stored in the App's local storage. The App has no account system or developer-operated cloud sync and does not automatically attach these records to ads or feedback.

Android backup is enabled. Depending on your device and Google account settings, Android may back up app data and restore it on reinstall. Uninstalling removes the local app copy but does not necessarily remove a device or cloud backup. Review those copies through your device and Google account backup controls.

3. Reminder notifications and health disclaimer

Reminders are scheduled locally using Android notifications and alarms. Notification content can include the medicine name and dosage you entered and may be visible on the lock screen. Use Android's notification and lock-screen privacy settings to control that display. Timing depends on notification permission, alarm access, device power settings and Android behavior.

The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, dosage recommendations or drug interaction checks. Always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's directions.

4. Google advertising services

Google provides ads. Its advertising SDK may process advertising or device identifiers, IP-based approximate location, app interactions and diagnostic information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and service operation. The App does not request precise location, microphone, camera or contact access for this purpose. This SDK processing is separate from your locally stored medication records.

Where required, an advertising privacy form provides choices. In app versions that offer Privacy choices, you can reopen that form through Settings. Android also provides advertising ID and privacy controls. See the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Optional Tally feedback

If you choose to open a Tally feedback form, Tally processes the feedback you submit, your selected feedback type and an optional email address if you provide one for a reply. From supported app versions, the link includes the app identifier and name, installed version and build, platform, device model, OS, interface language and feedback entry point. Unknown version or device fields may be blank.

Medicine names, dosage text, schedules, dose history, inventory and draft form content are not automatically sent. Please do not include medical history, medicine details or other sensitive information in feedback. Reply email is optional; no personal email is automatically attached.

We use feedback to improve the App and respond when you request a reply. Tally hosts the form and processes submissions for us and may process browser/network information under its privacy policy. Google and Tally may process information in countries other than your own.

6. Permissions

Notification permission and Alarms & reminders access support local reminders. Internet/network access supports ads and browser-based feedback. Advertising identifiers may be used by Google's SDK. The App does not request camera, microphone, contacts, precise location or broad file access.

7. Retention and deletion

Local records remain until you edit or delete them in the App or remove app storage. Removing a medicine also removes its app-managed pending reminders. Android backups and already displayed notifications may need separate removal using Android controls.

Feedback is retained while needed to handle it and improve the App, subject to applicable requirements. You may request deletion of a submission through the feedback form; include enough information to identify it without sending sensitive medical details. Google's and Tally's own retention and deletion terms also apply.

8. Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children through feedback.

9. Changes and contact

Updates to this policy are posted here with a revised date. For a privacy question or feedback deletion request, use the Tally feedback form. You may leave the reply email field blank.
