Gwanrisik / 관리식 (com.pando.minddietplanner) — Last updated: 12 October 2026
1. Overview
Gwanrisik is a free Android meal-pattern record tool published by Stronghealth. You can assemble meals from a catalog of Korean foods and review a modified 14-item weekly score. No app account or sign-in is required. Meal records and scoring work on your device. Google advertising and privacy-choice libraries use network connections, and opening the optional feedback form connects your browser to Tally.
2. Local records and system backups
The app keeps meal entries, food identifiers and names, weekly manual frequency adjustments, and settings in local app storage. Versions with language selection and daily advertising limits also keep those preferences and counters locally. These meal records are not automatically uploaded to us or attached to advertising requests. Google libraries may store their own local settings and caches.
Android version 1.1.0 (code 3) requests that automatic cloud backup be disabled. Earlier versions, including 1.0.1 (code 2), allowed system backup to your Google account. Device-to-device transfer can behave differently depending on your device manufacturer. These system services are controlled by Android and your device/account settings; we do not receive their copies. Store availability can differ from the version described here.
Removing a meal entry deletes that entry from the app database. Uninstalling normally removes local app data, but existing system backups or copies you have shared must be managed separately. We cannot access or delete your local meal database remotely.
3. Google advertising and privacy choices
Google Mobile Ads libraries may process advertising identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, device information, app interactions and diagnostic data to provide, measure and protect advertising. This is separate from your meal entries and weekly adjustments. See Google Privacy Policy and Google SDK data disclosure. The app does not automatically include meal records in requests to these libraries.
The app contains banners and limited full-screen advertising. The exact placements and limits depend on the installed version. In versions with consent controls, Google privacy choices appear where required and Settings provides access when the library requires it. You can also manage advertising-ID settings in Android. Declining consent does not necessarily stop every SDK data operation; available advertising modes and legal bases depend on the choices shown and Google implementation.
4. Optional feedback
In Android version 1.1.0 (code 3), the feedback button opens a Tally form for the selected language. It includes app identifier/name, native version and build, Android platform, device model, OS API level, language and entry point. Unknown optional details can be blank. Meal entries, food names from your records, frequency adjustments, scores and advertising identifiers are not attached automatically. Older versions may open an email application; they do not automatically send a message.
Tally stores the message and form information you choose to submit so we can review feedback. An email address is optional and is used if you request a reply. The external website may also process ordinary browser and network information under Tally privacy notice.
5. Reports, permissions and health scope
When you choose to share a report, the app creates an image in app-controlled temporary storage and opens the Android system share sheet. You decide whether to share it and select the destination. The app does not send a report to a recipient automatically or browse your photo library.
The app does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos or precise location. Its manifest includes normal network, advertising-library and internal system permissions. Network use includes advertising/privacy services and optional external feedback.
The app is a meal-pattern organization tool, not a medical service. Its score does not measure sodium or calories and is not intended to prevent or treat disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about health concerns.
6. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.
7. Changes
We post changes to this policy here with a revised date. Version-specific behavior is identified above; an update described here may not yet be available in your store.
8. Contact and feedback deletion
For app or privacy questions, use the feedback form. For deletion of a feedback response, include its approximate submission date and enough of the message to identify it. A reply address is optional. We can handle feedback in our Tally form; device backups and information processed independently by Google or Tally must be managed through their respective controls.
