1. Overview

Mirror HD ("the App") is a free Android app that turns your phone's front camera into an HD mirror. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use it.

2. Information We Collect

The App does not collect, store, or transmit your personal information to our servers. It has no user accounts and no sign-up. The live camera view is shown to you on your device only and is never recorded, uploaded, or saved to your gallery by the App. Google services may process advertising and app-usage data as described in Section 4.

3. Camera Access

The App's core function is to act as a mirror, so it needs your device's camera (CAMERA permission) to display your reflection on screen. This is used only on your device to show the live preview.

• The camera image is displayed in real time and is not recorded or stored.
• The "freeze" feature simply pauses the on-screen preview; it does not write any file.
• If you use the optional share button, the App captures a single still image to a temporary cache and hands it to Android's system share sheet at your request. It does not save photos to your gallery and does not request storage or media permissions.
• The App does not use the microphone, and audio is never recorded.

4. Third-Party Services

• Google AdMob — for advertisements. The App shows a banner in a dedicated strip below the controls, an app-open ad on a normal launch, and an occasional full-screen ad at natural transition points. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as Advertising ID) and usage data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. See the Google Privacy Policy.
• Google Firebase Analytics — for aggregate app usage and reliability measurement. It may process app interactions, device information and identifiers. We do not send camera images, shared photos or mirror settings as custom analytics data. See the Firebase Privacy and Security documentation.

5. Permissions

The App requests only what it needs:

• Camera — to show your live reflection (Section 3).
• Internet — to load advertisements and send aggregate analytics.

The App does not use or request access to your microphone, location, contacts, photos, files, or physical-activity sensors.

6. Data Storage

The App does not create user accounts and does not sync any data to the cloud. It works entirely offline (apart from ads and analytics). Uninstalling the App removes any local settings and any cached AdMob data stored on the device. Android backup is left enabled for this App, so a copy of that data may also exist in your Google account. Uninstalling does not delete that copy, and installing the App again can restore it. You can review or delete it in the backup settings of your Google account.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is suitable for general audiences and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
