1. Overview

정통 오목 AI ("the App") is a free Android and iOS board game developed by 강건한건강 ("we", "us"). It lets you play Omok (Gomoku / five-in-a-row) offline against an on-device AI opponent or with a friend on one phone. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.

2. Information We Collect

Core gameplay has no user accounts, no online matchmaking, and does not send moves, board positions, difficulty, match results, local rank, hints, undo usage, or settings to our servers. All game data you create is stored locally on your device only.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Google Mobile Ads SDK — for displaying advertisements. The App shows a banner on the home screen, a full-screen ad after a game ends, an app-open ad on launch, and optional rewarded ads (for undo and hint features). The advertising SDK may collect approximate location derived from IP, app interactions, diagnostics, and device identifiers (such as Advertising ID) for analytics, fraud prevention, security, compliance and advertising, including personalized or non-personalized ads. • Google Analytics for Firebase — to understand aggregate app usage and improve the App. The SDK automatically collects an app-instance identifier, Advertising ID, coarse location derived from a masked IP address, and app lifecycle information such as first open, sessions, and screen views. Data is encrypted in transit. We do not set a user ID and do not log moves, board positions, difficulty, match results, local rank, hints, undo usage, settings, or other game content as custom Analytics events. Where required, Google's consent form appears before eligible advertising requests. On Android, you can reopen it through Settings → Ad privacy choices (translated into the selected interface language). Non-personalized ads still process some device data.

Optional Feedback

In app versions with the Feedback button, it opens a language-specific form hosted by Tally. Opening the form sends only the app identifier, app name, version, build number, platform, device manufacturer/model, operating system, interface language and entry point (app, app_name, version, build, platform, device, os, locale and source). Build, device and OS fields are included in newer Android versions; older links remain supported without them. Game records, moves and board positions are not attached automatically. Submitting is optional. Tally processes the feedback type and message you submit and your email address only if you choose to provide one for a reply. We use these submissions to respond and improve the App, not for advertising. Older iOS versions may offer email support instead.

See the Tally Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of feedback and optional reply details through our feedback form linked below. Include “Omok feedback deletion”, the approximate submission date and any reply email you supplied so we can locate the submission. We retain feedback only as needed to handle the request and maintain relevant support records.

4. Permissions

The App requests internet access to load ads and send aggregate Analytics events. It does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, or files.

5. Data Storage

The App does not create user accounts or sync game records to our servers. Game records stay on your device; optional feedback and SDK data are processed as described above. Uninstalling the App removes locally stored data along with cached advertising SDK data. It does not delete data already processed by Google or Tally; those services have their own retention and deletion policies. On Android, system backup is enabled, so a copy of local app data may also exist in your Google account and can be reviewed or deleted in your Google backup settings. On iOS, local app data may be included in an iCloud or computer device backup according to your Apple backup settings. Uninstalling the App removes its on-device data, but a previously created device backup may remain until you delete that backup through the applicable platform.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is suitable for general audiences and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
