1. Overview

Swipe Cleaner ("the App") is a free Android tool for cleaning up your photo and video gallery. It shows your photos grouped by month and lets you swipe left to delete or right to keep, so you can quickly free up storage. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use it.

2. Information We Collect

The App does not collect, store, or transmit your photos, videos, or personal information to our servers. It has no user accounts and no sign-up. Your photos and videos stay only on your device and are never uploaded, backed up, or sent anywhere by the App. There is no server-side communication other than loading advertisements (Section 4).

3. Photos & Videos Access

The App's core function is helping you review and clean up your own gallery, so it needs to read your photos and videos in order to display them for you to sort. This access is used only on your device to show your media in the month grid and the swipe view.

• The App reads your photos and videos (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, READ_MEDIA_VIDEO) to display them for review.
• When you confirm a cleanup, deletions are performed through the Android system trash/delete dialog (MediaStore). By default items are moved to the system trash and are recoverable for 30 days; you can choose permanent deletion in Settings.
• The App does not read photo location (EXIF GPS) data, and it does not copy, upload, or transmit your media off the device.

4. Third-Party Services

• Google AdMob — for advertisements. The App shows a banner on the gallery and result screens, an app-open ad on a normal launch, and an occasional full-screen ad at natural transition points (such as after you finish a cleanup batch). AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as Advertising ID) and usage data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. See the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Permissions

The App requests only what it needs:

• Photos and videos — to display your gallery for review and cleanup (Section 3).
• Internet — to load advertisements.

The App does not use or request access to your location, contacts, microphone, camera capture, audio files, or physical-activity sensors.

6. Data Storage

The App does not create user accounts and does not sync any data to the cloud. Your photos and videos remain on your device and are managed only through the Android system. Uninstalling the App removes any local settings and any cached AdMob data stored on the device.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is suitable for general audiences and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
