1. Overview

Pickleball Score Keeper (“the app”) is a free Android app published by Stronghealth. It tracks doubles sideout scoring, serve rotation and match history. There is no account or sign-up. Scoring and saved history work offline. Advertising, usage analytics and optional feedback use third-party internet services as described below.

2. Match data and local settings

Completed matches are saved on your device, including their date, team names and colors, match configuration, game scores and result. The app retains up to 200 completed matches. Setup drafts and the current scoring session are held temporarily in memory; they are not separately saved as an ongoing match. Your language preference and advertising-spacing state are also stored locally. The app supports 17 languages through a selector in Settings and remembers your selection.

We do not operate a server that receives your team names, scores or match history. These records are not supplied to advertising or analytics services and are never automatically attached to feedback. This does not mean all app data stays local: the third-party services below process limited device, usage and voluntarily submitted feedback information.

3. Third-party services

• Google Mobile Ads SDK — displays a banner, an app-open ad on an eligible launch and interstitial ads at natural breaks, such as after a game or match. Interstitials use a minimum 60-second interval following a fullscreen ad and do not interrupt active scoring. The SDK may collect device or advertising identifiers, IP address (from which approximate location may be inferred), app interactions, usage and diagnostic data to serve and measure ads. Google may process and share this data with its advertising service providers. Team names, scores and match history are not included in ad requests. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Firebase Analytics — collects default automatic app usage events, such as app opens, sessions and screen activity, along with device/app identifiers, technical device information, diagnostics and approximate location derived from network information such as IP addresses. We do not add team names, scores or match history to analytics events. See Firebase privacy information.
• Tally — hosts optional feedback forms in the app's 17 supported languages. It stores the feedback type and message you submit, plus an optional reply email. The form can receive nine optional diagnostic fields: app identifier (app), app name (app_name), version (version), build number (build), platform (platform), device model (device), operating system version (os), selected language (locale) and entry point (source). Team names, scores and match history are not attached. Anything you type into the form is submitted by your own choice. Google and Tally services use encrypted connections for data in transit. Data collected by these services is handled under their respective privacy policies. Ads and optional feedback require internet access; scoring and saved match history do not.

4. Consent and privacy choices

Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) checks consent requirements when the app starts and displays a consent form where required before ads are requested, including in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Required choices can be reopened through Settings → Privacy choices. The app requests non-personalized ads and respects the available consent choices. Refusing personalized advertising does not mean the SDK sends no technical information. Advertising ID and other privacy controls are also available in Android Settings.

5. Permissions

The app uses internet and network-state access for ads, analytics and opening optional feedback. The advertising SDK also uses the Android advertising identifier permission. The app does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone or files. Approximate location inferred from an IP address is separate from access to your phone's location sensors.

6. Storage, backup and deletion

Saved matches are not synced to a developer server. Use Clear on the History screen to remove saved match history from this device. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes local matches, language settings and advertising-spacing data. There is no app account to delete.

Android backup is enabled, so a copy of local app data may remain in your Google account and may be restored when you reinstall. Uninstalling does not delete that backup. Review or delete it through your Google account's backup settings. Google advertising and analytics data is managed under Google's policies and Android privacy controls.

Feedback is used to investigate problems, improve the app and reply when an email is supplied. It is retained for up to 24 months unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. To request deletion, use the form below with the approximate submission date or reference and enough information to identify your submission. We delete matching feedback and reply contact details within 30 days after verifying the request, except records required by law. Uninstalling the app does not delete feedback already submitted to Tally. Do not include sensitive information.

7. Children's privacy

The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

9. Contact and feedback deletion

For privacy questions or requests to delete submitted feedback, use the feedback form. A reply email is optional; include one if you want a response. Provide the submission date or reference for a deletion request, without sensitive or unnecessary personal information.
