Random Wheel Spinner ("the App") is a free Android decision-making wheel developed by Pando ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.

2. Information We Collect

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our servers. It is a self-contained spinner with no user accounts and no server-side communication.

Custom wheel items and presets you save are stored only on your device using AsyncStorage. Uninstalling the App removes all of this data. Android backup is left enabled for this App, so a copy of that data may also exist in your Google account. Uninstalling does not delete that copy, and installing the App again can restore it. You can review or delete it in the backup settings of your Google account.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party service:

• Google AdMob — for displaying advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as Advertising ID) and usage data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. For more information, see the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Permissions

The App requests the following device permission:

• Vibrate — used for haptic feedback during wheel spin and on result.

5. Data Storage

All user data is stored locally on the device. There is no cloud sync of ours and no account system. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data and cached AdMob data.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
