1. Overview

Recipe Box ("the App") is a free Android app developed by 강건한건강 ("we", "us"). It is a personal recipe manager that lets you save, organize, scale, and cook your own recipes. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.

2. Information We Collect

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our servers. It has no user accounts and works fully offline. All of your recipes, photos, shopping lists, and settings are stored only on your device. The App's only network use is optional recipe import (Section 3) and loading advertisements (Section 4).

3. Recipe Import from a Link

When you choose to import a recipe from a web link, the App fetches that single web page you provided in order to read its recipe data. The request goes directly to the website you entered; we do not run a server in between and do not log or store the addresses you import. This feature is optional — you can also add recipes by typing them in manually.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party service:

• Google AdMob — for displaying advertisements. The App shows a banner, a full-screen ad at natural breaks, and an app-open ad on launch. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as Advertising ID) and usage data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. For more information, see the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Photos and Permissions

You may optionally add a photo to a recipe. When you do, the App opens your device's photo picker so you can select an image; the chosen image is saved only on your device with the recipe. The App requests internet access (to import recipes and load ads). It does not access your contacts, microphone, or location.

6. Data Storage

The App does not create user accounts and does not sync any data to the cloud. All data stays on your device. Uninstalling the App removes your recipes and any cached AdMob data stored on the device.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is suitable for general audiences and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
