1. Overview

Salah Tracker ("the App") is a free Android prayer log and streak tracker developed by 강건한건강 ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.

2. Information We Collect

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our servers. It is a 100% offline prayer tracker with no user accounts and no server-side communication.

Your prayer records, qada ledger, streaks, and settings (calculation method, madhab, chosen city) are stored only on your device using local storage. Uninstalling the App removes all of this data.

3. Location

Prayer times are calculated entirely on your device. Providing a location is optional: you can pick a preset city from a list (no permission needed), or optionally use GPS once to get coordinates for more accurate times. The coordinates are saved only on your device and are never uploaded anywhere. The App does not track your location in the background.

4. Notifications

If you enable prayer time reminders, notifications are scheduled locally on your device. No notification data leaves your device.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party service:

• Google AdMob — for displaying a banner advertisement on the statistics screen. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as Advertising ID) and usage data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. For more information, see the Google Privacy Policy.

6. Permissions

The App requests: internet access (to load ads), optional notification permission (for prayer time reminders), and optional location permission (used once, in the foreground, to calculate prayer times). The App does not use or request access to your microphone, contacts, camera, or files.

7. Data Storage

All records and settings are stored locally on the device. There is no cloud sync, no backup, and no account system. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data and cached AdMob data.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
