1. Overview

Screen Recorder Clean (package com.pando.screenrecorderclean) is a free Android screen-recording app developed by Pando. No account or sign-up is required.

2. Screen recordings and microphone

Android asks for your confirmation each time screen capture begins. If you enable microphone audio, the recording can include microphone sound; otherwise it is silent. Recordings and their file name, duration, size, date and microphone setting are stored in the app's private storage on your device. The app does not send recordings to Pando, Google's advertising service or Tally.

You can play or delete recordings in the app. If you choose Share, the video is passed to the destination you select through Android's share sheet; that destination's privacy terms apply. The app does not directly save recordings to your gallery. Export important videos before uninstalling or clearing app storage.

3. Advertising

The app uses Google's advertising SDK. It can process device or advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from an IP address, app interactions and diagnostic information for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention, according to your consent choices and applicable requirements. Device screen recordings and microphone audio are not provided to that SDK by this app.

Versions with General Settings provide Privacy choices for reviewing advertising consent when available, and keep advertising disabled if consent cannot be checked. You can also review your Android advertising privacy settings. See the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Optional feedback

You can send feedback through the shared Tally feedback form. In app versions with Send feedback, the app opens the form for the selected language, where supported. The link may include the app identifier and displayed name, installed version and build, Android platform, device model, OS version, language and the entry point. It does not include recordings, audio, filenames or other recording metadata.

Tally stores the feedback you choose to submit and these app details so Pando can investigate issues and improve the app. A reply email is optional and entered only in the form. Please do not include sensitive information. You can request deletion of feedback using the same form and identify the submission without sending a recording. See Tally's Privacy Policy.

5. Local storage and Android backup

Recordings, recording metadata, introductory guidance state and language preferences remain on your device. Android backup is enabled for this app, so Android may also retain app data in your Google account subject to its backup settings and exclusions. Uninstalling or deleting local data does not necessarily delete a cloud backup, and reinstalling can restore backed-up data. Review or delete backups through your Google account's backup settings.

6. Children's privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a feedback submission includes a child's information, contact us through the form to request its deletion.

Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Some settings described here are available only in versions that include them.
