Magnifier (큰글씨 돋보기) — Updated October 10, 2026

1. Overview

Magnifier is a free Android tool by Pando / 강건한건강 for enlarging a live camera view, freezing a picture for closer viewing, and optionally saving that picture. No account is required. Core camera functions work offline; advertising, feedback and online privacy information require an internet connection.

2. Camera, pictures and device storage

The live view is processed on your device. Choosing Freeze creates a temporary captured image in the app’s local cache. Choosing Save copies the image to your device’s photo collection. The app does not upload your camera view, captured images or photo library to Pando, Google advertising services or Tally.

Your last zoom level and selected app language are stored locally. The app also stores the local date used to limit startup advertising. It has no app account or cloud synchronization for these preferences or pictures.

Removing the app or clearing its storage removes its local preferences and cache. Pictures already saved to your gallery remain until you delete them from your photo collection. Separate photo or device backup services you choose may retain copies under their own settings. Android app backup is disabled in Android version 1.1.0 and later; older app backups may still exist in your Google account and can be reviewed in your backup settings.

3. Google advertising

The app uses Google advertising services for a startup advertisement and a bottom banner. The advertising SDK may process device or advertising identifiers, app interactions, diagnostic information and approximate location inferred from network information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. The app does not request precise device location or provide camera images to this service.

Advertising requests follow the Google consent status available to the app. Where required, Google’s privacy choices can be opened from Settings. Being able to request an advertisement does not mean you agreed to personalized advertising. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

4. Optional feedback through Tally

Send feedback opens an external Tally form in the app’s selected language. The form records your message, optional feedback type and optional reply email. You may submit without providing an email address.

The app supplies the app identifier and name, installed version and build, platform, manufacturer and model, operating system, current app language and entry location. Missing device information may be blank. These details help identify the affected app and build. The app does not attach pictures, picture paths, your camera view, zoom history, precise location, advertising identifiers or a full device log.

Tally stores submitted feedback so Pando can review it, improve the app and respond when you provide contact details. Please avoid sensitive information in your message. See Tally’s Privacy Policy. To ask about this policy or request removal of your feedback, use the feedback form and identify the submission without adding unnecessary personal information.

5. Permissions and security

Camera permission enables the live view and explicit image capture. You can deny it and still open app settings, language selection and feedback. On Android versions that need it, an optional photo-write permission is requested when saving. The app does not request broad access to read your photo library, microphone, contacts or precise location.

Advertising and feedback use internet access. The privacy page and Tally form use HTTPS. Device data is protected by Android’s app storage controls; gallery pictures are managed by your photo collection and its permissions.

6. Children and changes

The app is not directed at children under 13. Avoid submitting children’s personal information in feedback. We may update this policy when the app or services change and will show the revision date here.
