1. Overview
This free Android app manages shift types, rotating patterns, monthly calendars, home-screen widgets and shift-start reminders. This policy explains how information is handled.
2. Shift records and settings
No account is required. Shift types, entered names, calendar assignments, rotating patterns, allowances, alarm settings and language preferences are stored on your device. The app does not automatically upload this content to developer-operated servers, advertising services, analytics or feedback forms. Schedules can be created, saved and viewed without an internet connection. Android backup may retain app data as explained in Section 7.
3. Permissions and reminders
The app requests notification and exact-alarm permissions when you enable shift reminders. Scheduled notifications are generated on your device and are not sent to developer servers. Widget tasks read local schedules to display today and tomorrow. The app does not request camera, microphone, contacts, precise location or broad media access. Internet access is used for advertising, analytics and feedback.
4. Backup, import and sharing
You can export records as a JSON backup, calendar ICS file or calendar image. Sharing opens only when you request it, and you choose the receiving application. That application handles the file under its own privacy rules. Importing reads only the file you select and, after confirmation, replaces your local schedule with its contents. We do not automatically receive exported or imported records.
5. Third-party services
- Google Mobile Ads SDK displays advertisements and may process device identifiers, app interactions, diagnostics and approximate location inferred from network information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Firebase Analytics provides basic usage information such as screen views, app interactions, app instance and device identifiers, diagnostics and approximate region. We do not put schedules, entered shift names, patterns or allowance values into analytics events.
- Tally opens a shared form matching the selected interface language. The URL may contain app identifier, app name, version, build number, platform, device model, operating system, locale and source screen. These nine fields are optional and older app versions may leave some blank. Submitted feedback, selected type and an optional reply email are stored by Tally and used by Pando to improve the app and respond. Schedules and entered shift names are not added automatically. Do not include sensitive personal or work information. See Tally's Privacy Policy.
Where required, Google's consent interface lets you accept or refuse applicable advertising purposes. Required privacy options can be reopened from Settings → About. Permitted advertisements may still appear after refusal. SDK and feedback services use encrypted connections in transit.
6. Language and settings
Your interface language selection is saved locally. System follows a supported device language; an explicit choice remains selected until you change it. This preference is included in feedback links. Changing the language does not automatically transmit or translate your entered shift records.
7. Retention and deletion
Android backup may store app data in your Google account and restore it on a device, depending on your system settings. Use Android's backup controls to manage those copies. Removing the app removes its local app data, but does not remove files you exported, system backup copies or feedback already submitted.
Feedback and optional reply email are retained for up to 24 months and may be removed sooner after resolution. Google applies its own retention rules to SDK data. To request feedback deletion, use the form linked below and identify the submission without including unrelated sensitive information. We aim to handle verified requests within 30 days.
8. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information.

Changes to this policy are published here with an updated date.
