1. Overview

Slide Par (“the game”) is a free Android sliding-tile puzzle published by Stronghealth. There is no account, no sign-up and no server of ours. Apart from loading ads, the game sends nothing off your device.

2. Everything runs on your phone

Boards are generated on the device from a number, and each one is solved by the game itself before it is shown to you — that is where the “par” figure comes from. Nothing is downloaded to play, and the game works with no signal at all.

The only things kept between sessions are which board you have reached, your best move count on boards you have finished, a board left in progress, and the counters that limit how often an ad may appear. They live in the app’s local storage on this device. Deleting the game removes them.

3. Information we collect

The game does not collect, store or transmit personal information. We do not operate a server or database holding user data, and we do not know who you are or how you play.

4. Permissions

The game asks for no runtime permissions at all. There is no prompt to accept or refuse, because there is nothing it needs from you.

The manifest entries it does declare are normal permissions granted without a prompt: internet and network state for ads, the advertising ID, wake lock (the ad SDK asks for it when a video plays), and vibration for a short tick when a tile lands. The game does not ask for location, the camera, the microphone, photos, files, storage, contacts or notifications — those are blocked in the manifest, not merely unused.

5. Third-party services and ads

The game uses one third-party service.

• Google AdMob — used to show ads. There are three placements: a banner on the menu and result screens; one full-screen ad when the game is opened, at most once a day and never on your first run; and a full-screen ad that can appear between boards — at most twice a day, never twice inside three minutes, and never on the calendar day you install the game. Nothing in the game is locked behind watching an ad: there are no lives, no hints to buy and no rewarded videos, and there is no subscription or in-app purchase of any kind.
  For advertising the game declares the advertising ID permission (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID). Google’s Mobile Ads SDK may collect the advertising identifier, IP address (from which an approximate location can be inferred), app interaction and diagnostic data in order to serve and measure ads. See Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses advertising data. You can reset or delete your advertising ID under Settings > Privacy > Ads on Android.
  If an ad fails to load, the game carries on. It is never a condition of playing.

No analytics, crash reporting or push services are used.

6. Children’s privacy

The game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
