2. Information We Collect
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our servers. It is a self-contained tracker with no user accounts and no server-side communication.
All data you enter — sobriety start date, drinking pattern, daily check-ins, cravings, and notes — is stored only on your device using AsyncStorage. Uninstalling the App removes all of this data.

The App uses the following third-party service:

4. Notifications
The App can send local notifications (daily check-in reminders) if you grant permission. Notifications are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device — no notification content is sent through our servers. You can disable notifications at any time from the App settings or your device system settings.
5. Data Storage
All user data is stored locally on the device. There is no cloud sync, no backup, and no account system. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data and cached AdMob data.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Health & Medical Disclaimer
The App is for self-tracking and motivational purposes only. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat alcohol use disorder, and is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.
