1. Overview

Strength Log ("the App") is a free Android strength-training set logger developed by 강건한건강 ("we", "us"). This policy explains local workout storage and the information processed by advertising, consent, and feedback services. The current public Android release is 1.0.0 (build 1). Version 1.1.0 (build 4) is an unpublished candidate; its updated practices are identified below.

2. Workout Records

Core workout logging works offline without an account. Exercise names, weights, reps, dates, and record IDs are stored in AsyncStorage on your device. The App does not upload these records to our servers or automatically attach them to feedback. We do not provide a workout cloud-sync service. Advertising, consent services, and opening or submitting an external feedback form require a network connection.

3. Google Advertising and Consent Services

Google advertising and consent SDKs may process device information, advertising and other identifiers, ad interactions, diagnostics, and network data such as an IP address. This processing is separate from local workout storage and depends on SDK configuration, consent, and device settings. See the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Feedback and Tally

Feedback forms are hosted by Tally. When you submit a form, Tally processes your message, the app context, and an optional reply email you voluntarily enter. We use submissions to investigate feedback and respond. Tally also processes information when you visit its forms under its Privacy Policy.

In candidate Android 1.1.0 (build 4), the app feedback link includes exactly nine diagnostic fields: app, app_name, version, build, platform, device, os, locale, and source. The app identifier is com.pando.strengthtraininglog. These fields describe the app and device environment; workout records, unique user or device IDs, and your email are not automatically attached.

Links on this web page include only app, app_name, platform, locale, and source to identify the app and this policy page. They do not include an installed version, build, device model, or operating system.

5. Local Data, Uninstalling, and Android Backups

Clearing the App's storage or uninstalling removes its local workout records from that installation. The current public 1.0.0 (build 1) may have allowed Android backup, so copies may exist in your Google account or a device manufacturer's backup or transfer system. Reinstalling or restoring a device may restore those copies. You can manage available backups through your Google account and device settings.

The updated build policy for unpublished candidate 1.1.0 (build 4) disables Android backup and excludes app data from legacy backup and Android 12+ cloud backup and device transfer. It does not delete earlier backup copies or guarantee the behavior of every device manufacturer's restore or transfer system.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Please use the contact form below if you believe a child has submitted personal information.

7. Health Disclaimer

The App is a logging tool for self-directed strength training. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose any condition, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted here with an updated revision date.

9. Contact and Deletion Requests

For privacy questions or requests to delete feedback we hold, use our English contact form or Korean contact form. Provide enough context to identify the submission; a reply email is optional. Local workout records are managed on your device. Google and Tally data controls are described in their linked policies.

Strength Log(이하 "앱")는 강건한건강이 개발한 무료 Android 근력 운동 세트 기록 도구입니다. 이 방침은 운동 기록의 기기 내 저장과 광고·동의·문의 서비스의 정보 처리를 설명합니다. 현재 공개된 Android 버전은 1.0.0(빌드 1)입니다. 1.1.0(빌드 4)은 아직 공개되지 않은 후보 버전이며, 해당 버전의 변경 사항은 아래에 구분하여 안내합니다.

2. 운동 기록

기본 운동 기록 기능은 계정 없이 오프라인으로 사용할 수 있습니다. 운동명, 중량, 반복 횟수, 날짜, 기록 ID는 기기의 AsyncStorage에 저장됩니다. 앱은 이 기록을 개발자 서버로 업로드하거나 문의에 자동 첨부하지 않습니다. 개발자가 제공하는 운동 기록 클라우드 동기화 서비스는 없습니다. 광고·동의 서비스와 외부 문의 양식의 열기·제출에는 네트워크 연결이 필요합니다.

3. Google 광고 및 동의 서비스

Google 광고 및 동의 SDK는 기기 정보, 광고 식별자와 기타 식별자, 광고 상호작용, 진단 정보, IP 주소 등의 네트워크 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 이는 기기 내 운동 기록 저장과 별개이며, SDK 설정, 동의 상태, 기기 설정에 따라 달라집니다. 자세한 내용은 Google 개인정보처리방침을 확인하세요.

4. 문의 및 Tally

문의 양식은 Tally가 제공합니다. 양식을 제출하면 Tally는 문의 내용, 앱 관련 정보, 사용자가 자발적으로 입력한 선택 사항인 회신 이메일을 처리합니다. 개발자는 문의 확인과 답변에 제출 내용을 사용합니다. Tally는 양식 방문 시에도 자체 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 정보를 처리합니다.

후보 Android 1.1.0(빌드 4)의 앱 내 문의 링크에는 정확히 9개 진단 필드인 app, app_name, version, build, platform, device, os, locale, source가 포함됩니다. 앱 식별자는 com.pando.strengthtraininglog입니다. 이 필드는 앱과 기기의 실행 환경을 설명하며, 운동 기록, 사용자·기기의 고유 ID, 사용자 이메일은 자동으로 첨부되지 않습니다.

5. 기기 내 데이터, 앱 삭제 및 Android 백업

앱의 저장공간을 지우거나 앱을 삭제하면 해당 설치본의 기기 내 운동 기록이 제거됩니다. 현재 공개된 1.0.0(빌드 1)은 Android 백업이 허용되었을 수 있어 Google 계정이나 기기 제조사의 백업·이전 시스템에 사본이 남아 있을 수 있습니다. 앱 재설치나 기기 복원 시 이 사본이 복원될 수 있습니다. 사용 가능한 백업은 Google 계정 및 기기 설정에서 관리할 수 있습니다.

아직 공개되지 않은 후보 1.1.0(빌드 4)의 변경된 빌드 정책은 Android 백업을 비활성화하고, 기존 방식의 백업 및 Android 12 이상 클라우드 백업·기기 간 이전에서 앱 데이터를 제외합니다. 이전 백업 사본을 삭제하는 것은 아니며, 모든 제조사의 복원·이전 동작을 보장하지 않습니다.

6. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 개발자는 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 아동이 개인정보를 제출했다고 생각되는 경우 아래 문의 양식으로 알려주세요.

7. 건강 관련 안내

앱은 사용자가 스스로 진행하는 근력 운동을 기록하는 도구입니다. 의료기기가 아니며, 질환을 진단하거나 전문적인 의료 조언을 대신하지 않습니다. 새로운 운동 프로그램을 시작하기 전에 의료 전문가와 상담하세요.

8. 방침 변경

이 방침은 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 수정일을 갱신하여 이 페이지에 게시합니다.

9. 문의 및 삭제 요청
