1. Overview
운송자격 문제은행 (Transport License Exam, "the App") is a free Android and iOS app from Pando / 강건한건강 ("we", "us"), published on the App Store by Daejin Ra, that helps users study for Korean commercial transport qualification exams (cargo, taxi, and bus) with a practice question bank that works fully offline. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.
2. Information We Collect
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our servers. It has no user accounts and does not send your answers, wrong-note history, or question content to our servers. The question bank is bundled inside the App and works entirely offline; your study progress, answers, and wrong-note history are saved only on your device.
If you choose to send feedback, the App opens a Tally form in your browser. The form receives the feedback you write, your selected feedback type, and an email address only if you choose to provide one for a reply. The link also includes the App's slug, displayed name, version, platform, interface language, and the screen from which you opened the form. It does not include your study history, device identifier, or device diagnostics.
3. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services:
- Google AdMob — for displaying advertisements. The App shows a banner, an occasional full-screen ad, and an app-open ad on launch. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as app- or vendor-scoped identifiers and, where permitted, an advertising identifier), IP-derived approximate location, ad interactions, product interactions, crash information, performance information, and other diagnostic data for advertising and analytics. On Android, users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland can choose how their data is used for ads in the consent form. When available, they can reopen those choices from the App's Information / Feedback screen. Ad requests wait until the consent process permits them. The iOS app requests non-personalized ads, does not request App Tracking Transparency permission, and does not access the IDFA. Non-personalized ads still require some SDK data processing, including fraud prevention and reporting. For more information, see the Google Privacy Policy.
- Google Analytics for Firebase (Android and iOS) — to understand aggregate app usage and improve the App. The SDK automatically collects an app-instance identifier and app lifecycle information such as first open, sessions, and screen views. It may derive coarse location from a masked IP address. Android may provide an Advertising ID; the iOS Analytics integration is built without IDFA collection support. Data is encrypted in transit. We do not set a user ID and do not log question text, answers, mistakes, problem identifiers, or other user-entered content as custom Analytics events. See the Google Privacy Policy.
- Tally — hosts the optional feedback form and stores the information you submit so that we can review reports, improve the App, and reply if you provide an email address. The form is opened only when you tap the feedback button. See the Tally Privacy Notice.
4. Permissions
The App uses internet access to load ads and send aggregate Analytics events. The App does not use or request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, or files.
5. Data Storage
The App does not create user accounts or operate an app-specific cloud synchronization service. Study history is stored locally. Uninstalling the App removes its local data, but does not by itself delete information already processed by third-party services or copies in a device backup. Android backup is left enabled for this App, so a copy of that data may also exist in your Google account. Uninstalling does not delete that copy, and installing the App again can restore it. You can review or delete it in the backup settings of your Google account. On iOS, device backups may include app data depending on your Apple backup settings; manage those copies in your device or iCloud backup settings. Third-party service data is handled according to the providers' policies linked above. Feedback submitted through Tally is separate from local study history. You may ask us to delete a feedback submission using the contact address below.
6. Content Disclaimer
The practice questions in the App are originally authored based on publicly available laws and regulations for study and reference purposes only. They are not the actual past exam questions and do not guarantee any exam result. They are not legal or professional advice and should not be used as a basis for real-world decisions.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is suitable for general audiences and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
